Welcome!  We would like to welcome you to Westwood Oral Surgery Associates. Our practice consists of four Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons who have achieved a high level of training and expertise. We have two state of the art locations in Woodbury Heights and Pennsville, New Jersey. With a combined experience of over seventy years in practice, our surgeons are at the forefront of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. We provide a full range of services within the scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in a compassionate, safe, and state of the art fashion. Our services encompass the full range of diagnosis and surgical treatment of diseases, injuries, and deformities of the oral and maxillofacial region, i.e. the mouth, jaws, and face. The services we provide include general anesthesia, extractions, management of impacted wisdom teeth, dental implants, corrective jaw surgery, orthodontic anchorage, dental and surgical management of obstructive sleep apnea, bone grafting and regenerative tissue techniques, TMJ treatment, treatment of facial trauma, diagnosis and treatment of pathologic conditions, and cosmetic chin surgery.

Through this process, we remain updated on new developments in our ever growing and expanding field. We are also committed to providing care in a respectful, compassionate, and stress free environment. The doctors and staff recognize that anxiety and fear are high on any patient's list of concerns. As a result, we have incorporated the latest anesthesia and pain management technology. This ensures patients receive a high level of care in a stress and anxiety reducing manner. | Our Commitment to Safety As oral and maxillofacial surgeons trained in accredited residency programs, all of our doctors share a thorough knowledge of anesthesia and patient care. The doctors and staff have received, and continue to receive, training and expertise in the field of general anesthesia including intravenous anesthesia, nitrous oxide sedation, and local anesthesia. We use state of the art monitoring during general anesthesia, sedation, and nitrous oxide sedation. In addition, we also provide for a registered nurse during all procedures in which anesthesia is used. The doctors and staff also have a special interest in providing safe care to children. We recognize that some children require some level of anxiety management. We are able to provide this in a caring and safe manner individualized for the patient based on their needs. All doctors have recieved training in management of our pediatric patients. We also have a commitment to provide care under sterile conditions.
